Our Bereavement Drop In Café is on again tomorrow evening (Monday 16 December) at Victor’s Place in Killicomaine, 7.15pm to 9pm. We will be chatting about getting through the very difficult festive period while suffering from the pain of loss.

Love this 🩷

I hate the feeling of anxiety, it would affect my tummy and bowels…among other things.

There are many tips out there to help with anxiety, but the Butterfly Hug is good. Sometimes all you/we need is for someone to say it’s going to be ok. If there is no one around you and self sooth, by giving yourself this hug.

Also as you all know I would be very much lost without my faith…so for me doing this and praying as well helps.

I read this wee prayer and thought it beautiful.

Loving God, please grant me peace of mind and calm my troubled heart. My soul is like a turbulent sea. I can't seem to find my balance so I stumble and worry constantly. Give me the strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose and walk the path you've laid out for me.

You never know it might help you too…
Give it a go.

Time…

The greatest gift you can give someone is your Time.
Because when you give your Time, you are giving a portion of your life that you will never get back.

Time…

The trouble is we always think we will have Time.

Time…

In the blink of an eye, everything can change. So forgive often and love with all your heart. You may never know when you may not have that chance again. The Time has gone.

Time…

Is there anything you need to do?
Is there anything you need to say?
Is there anyone you need to see?
Is there anywhere you need to be?

Don’t leave it too late… there is not always a later…I’ll do it tomorrow.

Time…

Take some Time and think over these words.
