A little reminder
This month's walk is the TAFF BARGOED COLLIERY WALK
This starts and ends from the Rock UK Summit Centre. a 3 mile, mostly flat with plenty of benches along the way. There is a cafe inside the centre for hot meals, cakes and ice cream. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Meet outside Bethel @ 10.50 for a 11am start

This month's walk is from Bethel to Ynysangharad Park, where the RCT Big Welsh Bite is taking place. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier in order not to leave anyone behind.
The walk is about an hour long over mostly flat ground with a few inclines. Return journey can be on foot or there is an option to catch a service bus back. Please bring money to purchase refreshments, wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
