“We shall not hate. We need to keep doing our normal Christian activities to challenge the hate narratives around us. We need to engage. This will make us stronger as Christians. We are still here after 2000 years, we are still witnesses. We need to condemn all hate crime - we are all made in God’s image, we are all God’s children and we need to be witnesses to that.” Archbishop Hosam speaks about the call for clergy to be light in dark situations and to share a message of hope, not hate in divided communities.
