UPDATE - if you wanted to pop in and see this, the shearing will now be taking place early afternoon. Time to call into the Orangery or Farriers for a quick bite first😍

Well it's summer... and time to give the Jacobs sheep here at Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park (Official) a little trim.

If you're in the Park on Sunday (14th June) between 10am and 12 noon why not head up to the lambing area at Barrow Field (near the alpacas) and watch Abi give the sheep their annual short back and sides.

Here we have Bobbi modelling his super thick winter fleece... can't wait to see how streamlined he looks after the shearing 😁😍
