Another busy bigger table yesterday, where we fed 58 people. We had lots of eggs from Fare Share, so made vegetable frittata and salad, along with salted caramel cake.
And we had music to accompany our lunch! Lovely!
It was Jonathan’s last day before he heads off to Uni - I will miss hims calming influence in the kitchen!

52 people fed at Bigger Table plus 36 for the children’s holiday club. That’s a lot of cheese sauce for the macaroni cheese! Garlic bread and sweet corn in the side. Plus strawberries, meringue and crème fraiche.
Lots of people are struggling in the present financial climate and our hope is that we can show a little bit of Gods love and care as we support and feed anyone who comes through the door.

Another hot day in the kitchen, but 48 people fed downstairs at Bigger Table, plus an extra 35 who were attending the childrens holiday club upstairs. Sausages ( in a spicy lentil sauce for downstairs), croquette potatoes and beans followed by choc ices.
