Looking to get stuck in? This Sunday is for you. It’s ‘Love your church Sunday’ and you are so welcome. We will be spending time together looking after our space together. Plus Bacon rolls at 1030 to fuel us up! We’ve also got some of the Plymouth community forest team to run some activities for children as they think about our space together 🌳😀

Last Sunday it was Pentecost! 🔥 Mike was preaching on Acts 2:1-13 - it's the story of heaven coming down, God filling ordinary people with His Spirit, and lives overflowing outward in boldness, joy, and mission. And we don’t just remember what God did then — we come expectant for what He wants to do now.

It was great to hear from a few of our community about their experience of God working in their lives through the Holy Spirit, and also to pray for people to filled afresh with the Holy Spirit. 🙌

LOVE YOUR CHURCH SUNDAY 🛠️💚
This Sunday (31st May) we’re swapping our usual gathering for a morning of looking after the building we share. We’ll be weeding, trimming, cleaning, painting and generally giving the place some love.
Join us from 10:30am for a bacon roll before we get started. Everyone welcome (whether you normally come to church or not) — see you there 🙂

Love Plymouth is taking place 5-7th June 2026 and it's time to get involved!

Together with other churches from across the city we are planning a weekend of worship, service and invitation. Here's how you can get stuck in:

Friday - we're bringing together all the churches for a joint night of worship and prayer for our city at St Matts! Doors open 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start.

Saturday - this is the BIG one! We're going to serve our city by getting involved in local community projects - and inviting them to while we're there!
A free community fun day at St Simons
A gardening project at Mt Gould Hospital
Some one-off practical tasks for local families

Sunday - we'll be inviting people to come and try church! Normal service times but more seeker-friendly - who will you invite?
