This Sunday, we have the joy of witnessing a baptism — a moment where Romans 12:1–8 becomes beautifully real. As they enter a new life through the waters of baptism, they offer their whole life to God, ready to serve Him with the gifts the Spirit has given. By joining our church family, they enrich our fellowship and help us all grow together in Christ. We hope you can join us for this special celebration.

Here is the latest prayer letter from Andrew and Bethanie Walker, our Crosslinks partners in Mendoza, Argentina.

In this latest prayer letter the Walkers share their encouragements from the church in Mendoza. They write:

“Praise God with us that we have seen real growth in the desire to share the gospel with others. At our recent invitation service (‘Does God care about our suffering?’), 20 new people came because they were personally invited by people from church. Route 3:16 Bus Service Tomorrow at Chaucer Way

We’re looking forward to catching up with you all on our Route 3:16 blue community bus tomorrow. Usual spot (Congreve Gardens), usual times (10am-1pm). Hope you can drop in – our Coffee Stop will be in full swing with beverages and cakes. Everyone welcome, regulars and newcomers alike.

We start the day with our TLC Community Café 🫖+🍰, Top Up Larder 🥖🥦🍎 and bric-a-brac stall 👚📚🧸from 10am, and we get to close the day with an hour of Prayer & Praise 🙏 🙏 at 8pm in church. Hope you can join us.

Sunday @ St Pancras – 30th August, 10.30am

Praying in the Spirit isn’t about ticking off a list of requests. It’s about coming to God honestly and letting the Holy Spirit work through our weakness. He carries our deepest needs to the Father, even when our words feel small. A simple prayer like, “Holy Spirit, take my words, fill them with Your love and power and carry my heart’s deepest thoughts to God,” is enough. The strength of the moment comes not from us, but from the Spirit’s work. Join us this Sunday to find out more.

The next blue bus arriving at Congreve Gardens tomorrow morning is our Route 3:16 Chaucer Way Community Bus. If you’ve never dropped in before, tomorrow’s a great time to start. There’ll be a warm welcome waiting for you, along with hot beverages and delicious cakes ☕️+🍰 — all shared in good company.
