We NEED each other.
We NEED community and a space to share how we are feeling.

and I need it!

I need to be in circle, in a space that I can feel anything I share will be received with open hearts and compassion and no judgments or perceptions.

I need you.

I started holding circles to celebrate and honour the seasonal shifts and portals five years ago. They began out of this need.

Now we are living in a possibly more chaotic world, one that is literally flooding and burning at the same time.
And we feel it.

This isn't the time to stuff our feelings in, hidden and quiet. This is the time to allow it all to flow, explode, wail, cry, laugh... no matter the way it shows up ...

the next pause to Be in circle with me is September 19th, Autumn Equinox, when the light is slowly fading towards the dark, when the trees are slowly releasing their summer coverings, when the soil is receiving once more the nourishment she needs.

so we get to receive our nourishment too

I know it's summer, and yet the rains are falling - not quite enough for the brown grasses just yet - and the light is slowing shifting.

If we hold on too tight we can't notice the changes. We can notice with a pause, we can allow and we can get curious about our own changes.

What do we need to release as Autumn slowly arrives. What do we invite in?

A summer like no other - for me anyway - and I feel for the Earth too.

I've spent the summer avoiding the hot sun, choosing instead to walk during the cooler (ish) evenings and late afternoons, when the scents rise from the warmed soil and plants tickling the senses, awakening the spirit.

There is so much beauty in a park very close to my home, so much to inspire.

And yes I've cried with the drooping trees and brown leaves already scattered over the dried fields. I've gorged on the plentiful blackberries and skipped along this path with the tiny birds who swoop upwards as I pass.

How are you spending summer? what are you noticing the most?

So much more than just breathing- working with the breath changes everything.

Which brings greater awareness
Inviting acceptance of how we feel, mentally, energetically, emotionally & physically.
