Volunteers

Faskally House is a wonderful place to take a holiday and many groups make use of it all year round. However there are some activities, such as our Midweek Breaks, Families Weeks and Young People's Weekends, that wouldn’t work without volunteer helpers. Many have helped over the years and we can never properly express our gratitude to them. However age, illness and other circumstances have meant that we have less volunteers to call on than before. Would you be willing to give some time over the year to help at various activities? It isn’t always the easiest of work and some groups are larger and make more mess than others! No matter the size of the group there are dishes to be washed, floors to be vacuumed and various other cleaning tasks. However hard the work we can promise great food, excellent christian company, first-class bible teaching and the beautiful Perthshire countryside to enjoy in your free time.

One of our winter projects for 2024/25 completed. Thank you to all the volunteers that have helped us over the winter period.
Sadly this weekend we have had to cancel our first group due to boiler problems. All being well, at the start of next week we have a temporary boiler coming onsite to get us up and running again.
Looking forward to many groups joining us this year.

We've had a few cancellations for the Young People's Weekend, spaces are available.

The Young Peoples Weekend is primarily for those aged 16 to 20. Anyone aged 15 who wishes to attend requires a parental consent form to be completed (contact [email protected]).

The house is almost ready for the first group of 2024 arriving this evening. God willing it's going to be another busy year ahead. Here are the photos of the new look kitchen and servery (what was supposed to be a straightforward swap from one bain marie to another, turned into a much bigger job than anticipated) but delighted with how it's turned out.
