Farewell Service for Rev. Mark Windsor at 4pm on Sunday 23rd August at St John's Pewsey.

A special service will be held at St John's Pewsey at 4pm on Sunday 23rd August to bid farewell to Rev. Mark Windsor who will be leaving the Vale of Pewsey Team and moving onto pastures new in September.

We owe so much to Mark over the past 13 years of faithful and fruitful ministry. His considerable achievements range across work with schools, the Life Exhibiton and pastoral care for all ages to his wise leadership as Acting Team Rector during the vacancy in 2022. And finally, we mustn’t forget Mark’s ministry on the cricket pitch!

Can you help us to help others?
Our Team Administrator plays a central role in supporting our churches, facilitating good communications and helping to enable ministry, worship, outreach and pastoral care for everyone who lives or visits this beautiful area.

The role is home based (within the Pewsey Vale), 15 hours per week, (£13.45 per hour) Hours are flexible across the week with occasional evening meetings required.

We are looking for someone who has proven administrative experience and confident in managing multiple tasks. Excellent organisational skills, good time management with great attention to detail.

Saturday 25th July - A full day of fun activities for primary-school aged children; Bible story, craft, games and more, 10am–3pm. We know how popular our usual 4-morning Holiday Club is but we can’t manage that this year, so we’ll pack as much as we can into a whole day of joy. There had previously been plans for a last walk of the Vale Pilgrimage routes but due to the heat we have decided to cancel that. ALL welcome.
