The Salvation Army in Petersfield is a warm and inviting church catering for all ages, and where possible, serving the community in the ways that the Salvation Army has traditionally worked. Worship is varied to enable all ages to praise and is based on Holiness and Salvation teaching. You don’t have to be a member or wear a uniform to attend the Salvation Army, and many people come because they e

njoy the fellowship and relaxed style of worship. In addition to the Sunday worship (11am) you'd expect from a Church, we also have the following happening in the week:

Sunday - Kid's Alive Club, 10.15am
Tuesday - Lunch Club (12.30 pm)
Wednesday - Employment Plus 9.30 - 11.30
Thursday - Open Door, 9.30 - 11.30
Friday - Open Door, 9.30 - 11.30
Junior Club (5-10 yrs), 6.30 pm

Other activities for those attending our Church include Brass Band, Singing Group and many social events. Why not come and see us soon? We are located in Swan Street, Petersfield, just off The Square.

This is your chance to dip your toes in! 🙌 Expect a laid-back vibe, engaging short films, creative crafts and uplifting tunes with our worship team. Fuel up with breakfast baps, toast and drinks from 10 am, or join us at 10.30 am if you're running on a slower clock. Everyone's invited - we can't wait to meet you!

It doesn't seem like a week ago that we had a wonderful time at Pizza Express with our THESA Youth Group, celebrating the completion of Youth Alpha and discussing what we want to do next in our group.

Thanks to our Youth Group and helpers for coming along every month, making it fun and interesting (we've had some great discussions!) - you are all awesome!
