If you are at a loose end this evening, and are looking for something fun to do in one of the coolest buildings in the village, come along to Thorney Children’s community choir’s 2026 Summer Concert. 🎤🎹🎸🥁

This year's theme is "Hopes, Dreams and Beliefs". I am sure you agree that we all need to have these, not matter what stage of life we are at. 🥰

We aim to have the concert finished before the kick-off at 10pm!! ⚽️

Christmas Services and Events at Thorney Abbey

Sunday December 21st

Carols by Candlelight 6.30 pm
In the soft glow of candlelight listen to a blend of readings, pieces sung by the choir and congregational carols.

Wednesday December 24th

Crib Service 4.00 pm
Dress up as a character from the Nativity and act out the story. We do have costumes available at the door.

Midnight Communion 11:15pm
Welcome in Christmas Day.

Thursday December 25th
Christmas Day Family Communion 11.00 am. Celebrate the birth of Christ

This is starting tonight with ‘The big outside tree switch-on’ event @6:30pm. Mulled wine, mince pies, hot chocolate and group of local musicians playing carols around the tree 🎄
