Sunday AM 7th June 2026, "The Exalted Saviour." In Genesis 41, Joseph is brought from the prison to the palace in a single day, as God exalts the one who had been rejected, betrayed, and forgotten. Given authority over all Egypt, Joseph becomes the source of bread and life to a hungry world. In this remarkable picture of Christ, we see the rejected Saviour exalted to the right hand of power, before whom every knee must bow, and through whom alone salvation is found.

This new sermon series will focus in searching God's Word to be strengthened and encouraged. To be established and confident in the Word of God: of what we see, what we understand, what challenges and compels towards repentance; what the Lord directly speaks to our hearts. So that a believer is established on the Truth – Jesus Christ, the Lord and Saviour; and through the Holy Ghost the believer is able to rightly discern between falsehood and Truth.

Joshua was a man "Full of the Spirit of Wisdom", and charged after Moses death to lead the people of Israel into the promised land. Looking into Joshua chapter 1:1-9, the reader will be able to identify and hear the Lord's charge for the believer of nowadays.

Sunday AM 31 May 2026, "The Man Who Made John Joyful." Tucked away near the end of the New Testament is one of the shortest books in the Bible — only fourteen verses long — yet it gives us a fascinating glimpse into real church life in the first century. In this message, we'll meet some lesser-known Bible characters whose lives reveal the blessing of walking in truth, the danger of pride and self-importance, and the importance of supporting those who serve in the work of the gospel.
This sermon will challenge us to ask what kind of Christian testimony we are building. Are we walking in the truth? Are we encouraging the work of God? Are we a help or a hindrance in the local church? Come and hear a practical, searching, and encouraging message from a tiny New Testament book with a big lesson for Christians today.

Wednesday 27 May 2026, On the Road With Jesus: "Philip on the Road to Gaza." In Acts 8, God sends Philip from a fruitful ministry to a desert road where one searching soul is waiting. On the road to Gaza, an Ethiopian man reads Isaiah but cannot understand until Philip "preached unto him Jesus." The passage reminds us that Christ seeks individuals, that Scripture finds its fulfillment in Him, and that no road is too lonely or unlikely for God to bring salvation.

Sunday AM 24th May 2026, "In the Prison, the Lord Was with Joseph." Though falsely accused and forgotten by men, Joseph is not abandoned by God. In the prison, the Lord remains with him, giving him favour, wisdom, and a faithful testimony even in suffering. As Joseph ministers to two condemned men, one restored and one judged, the chapter again points us to Christ, who entered the depths of suffering yet became the only true hope of deliverance and life.
