All quiet until the last morning of Holiday Club at Bretton Baptist Church. It has been buzzing every morning with children having fun learning about how precious and amazing they are to God and the many volunteers who have committed to a whole week of making this project engaging adventurous and exciting for every child. Some parents took up the opportunity to enjoy the chat chill and light refreshment with another dedicated team from the church. What a privilege it is for our church family to be open for our community. Thank you everyone who has made this week possible.

BREAKING NEWS
Bretton Baptist Church Family are delighted to announce the appointment of Nathanael Robinson for the position of “Emerging Generations Team Leader.”
This is another new thing God is doing through the ministry mission and life of our church family. It is part of our vision of investing in the next generation from 0-25’s.
Nathanael will be joining the growing staff team on 1st September.
We welcome everyone to come and hang out with us on Sunday 6th September at 10.30am where we will be laying hands over Nathanael as we induct him into the ministry for the "equipping of God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up" Ephesians 4:12.
Our vision is to
- grow whole-life missional discipleship-makers
- seed hopes of Christ in gathered and scattered places
- grow more Christ-centre communities.
Come and hear, see, and participate in what God is doing through nations like ours.

A number of us from BBC family attended the New a Wine Festival in Somerset last week. A wonderful time with 1000’s of other followers of Jesus. Caught up with several old familiar faces from ministries past and present. Made some new connections for future ministries. A very fruitful week in the service of our Lord.

We are going to be a lot of places in Peterborough this month where you can drop by to speak to us about fostering! If you've ever thought about fostering and would like to learn more, please do come along to one of the following. The need for more Foster Carers within our community has never been greater and you could make a meaningful difference by being someone who cares!

Fantastic service at BBC as part of our men’s ministry. Marcellus and Ken gave amazing testimonies, band were superb and being among men who seek first the kingdom of heaven and Gods righteousness was all inspiring.
