Keep those donations coming Baston Community !

Hi all - our donation campaign is in full swing at the moment - just a reminder of what we need and where you can deliver it. We're aiming to get all donated items out to Ukraine in late June/early July. Please help if you can! No clothes this time, please, but everything else listed on the poster! Thank you!

Save the date - Saturday 27 June 2026!
To celebrate our patron saint, St John the Baptist, the Greenwood Quire will be in concert, 7 pm for 7.30
Ticket details are on the poster.

"The Greenwood Quire sings and plays choral items, including West Gallery pieces, that were popular in the church of the 19th century and earlier, some uniquely from music masters who travelled around the local area and brought compositions to villages nearby.

The Quire evokes an experience of the time: an agricultural community, un-mechanised and largely unchanged for hundreds of years, and the music that helped to express the religious sentiments of farming people."
