Harvest Festival at Holy Trinity
Thank you to everyone who contributed such a fabulous amount of produce for the Foodbank and also to Sarah Fincher and her team for the wonderful harvest lunch.
The next collection for the Foodbank will be held at the beginning of December - details to follow.

followed by ploughman’s lunch and fruit crumble

Tinned Tomatoes; Tinned Fish; Baked beans; Biscuits; All types of soup; Treats; Tinned Fruit and veg; Tinned hot meat; Tea; Tinned cold meats; Coffee; Instant mash; Toiletries etc
Donations can be left at 1 Church Cottage, Church Street at any time or in the boxes outside the church on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd October. Thank you!

Easter Garden Competition

Last year we had a very successful competition to see who could make the best Easter Garden and we would love to do the same this year! Decorate a tree, make a garden on a plate, create an Easter scene – get those creative juices flowing and send your photos to [email protected], including your name and age. There will be a chocolate prize for the winner of the best display by a child and the best display by an adult – we can’t wait to see what you create!

The church will be open between 10am-3pm on Wednesdays and Fridays to receive non-perishable goods for the foodbank (a box will be located just inside the door). The items listed are things that are currently required but any donations will be gratefully received.

Lynne from the Foodbank has said "A warm thank you to everyone who has been very generous over the last few months. This has enable us to feed many people particularly in the run up to Christmas and in January of this year."

However the Foodbank is still being used by local families in need so please help if you can.
