Mae'r pryder a fynegwyd gan gynifer yn y gymuned ar ôl y tri achos o ddifrod i'r ffenestri yn Eglwys y Santes Fair yn golygu llawer i ni.

We have been so deeply touched by the concern expressed by so many in the community after the three occurrences of damage to the windows at St Mary's Church.

Mae nifer o bobl wedi cysylltu â ni'n uniongyrchol i gynnig eu cymorth, ac mae llawer mwy o bobl wedi gwneud sylwadau ar ein post blaenorol.

A number of people have got in touch with us directly offering their help, and lots more people still have commented on our previous post.

Y newyddion da yw bod y difrod yn debygol o ddod o dan ein polisi yswiriant. Fodd bynnag, bydd 'excess' mawr i’w dalu o hyd, a byddai’n synhwyrol i ni osod mesurau diogelwch pellach i atal rhywbeth fel hyn rhag digwydd eto – er ein bod yn hyderus iawn fod Pentraeth yn lle diogel!

The good news is that the damage is likely to be covered by our insurance policy. However, there will still be a hefty excess to pay, and it would be sensible, if possible, for us to install further safety measures to prevent something like this happening again - although we're very confident that Pentraeth is a safe place!

So, we're going to be setting up a fundraising page very soon to give anyone who wants to the opportunity to help with the finances of getting everything repaired.

Pan fydd y gwaith wedi'i wneud, rydym yn mynd i gynnal digwyddiad agored yn yr eglwys i ddweud diolch i'r gymuned am eich cefnogaeth ac i ddathlu ein bod wedi llwyddo i drwsio popeth.

When it's done, we're going to hold an open event in the church to say thank you to the community for your support and to celebrate that we will have been able to fix everything.

Siomedig iawn i ddarganfod difrod i ddwy ffenestr yn Eglwys y Santes Fair, Pentraeth, bore ma.
Ond, wrth gwrs, mae yna bethau llawer gwaeth yn digwydd yn y byd na hyn, felly byddwn ni'n ei gadw mewn persbectif.

Deeply disappointing to discover damage to two windows at St Mary's Church, Pentraeth, this morning.
And yet, of course, there are far worse things happening in the world than this, so we'll keep it in perspective.

Mae’r bobl hyfryd sy’n dod i’r eglwys hon wedi bod yn gweithio mor galed i’w wneud yn lle cyfeillgar a chroesawgar i’r gymuned hon ym mhob tymor o fywyd – a byddwn yn parhau i wneud hynny!
Mae Eglwys y Santes Fair yma i bawb, gan gynnwys pwy bynnag achosodd y difrod hwn. O Sul i Sul rydyn ni'n siarad am ras a chariad a maddeuant Duw, felly nawr rydyn ni'n cael rhoi hynny ar waith!

The lovely people who come to this church have been working so hard to make it a friendly and welcoming place for this community in all seasons of life - and we will continue to do so!
St Mary's is here for everyone, including whoever caused this damage. Sunday by Sunday we speak about God's grace and love and forgiveness, so now we get to put that into practice!
