We're a Nazarene Church located in Paisley, Scotland with a desire to Love God, Love Others and Love Ourselves, just as Scripture tells us to.

Paisley Nazarene Church is a church with a focus on three things, Loving God, Loving Others and Loving Ourselves, because we wholeheartedly believe that’s what Scripture calls us to do. Our desire is to see people not only come to faith in God, but also to grow into what God is calling them to in every aspect of life, physical, mental, spiritual, and communal. We believe that life is best done in

a community, and faith is best expressed in a community. With this mission in mind, we seek to create and foster a community that is a safe space, wherever we are gathered, for all those who seek refuge from their struggles and stresses. We love the people of Paisley and are dedicated to improving every aspect of their daily lives: physical, mental and spiritual. With this mission, we aim to: develop a safe, inviting and exciting space in our historic Art Nouveau base; meet the identified needs of our local community; and provide pastoral care, guidance and support in wide and varied forms. 🚨 NEW SERIES ALERT! 🚨

It’s so easy to slip into autopilot — getting through the week, dealing with whatever comes our way, and just carrying on.

But what if we’re invited into something deeper?

God calls us to slow down, rest in His presence and remember that we were never meant to do life alone. Because life really is better together.

Over the next 4 weeks, we’re going to explore what happens when we stop trying to do everything by ourselves and choose to walk together — with God at the centre.

Because when we do life together, support one another and keep our eyes on Jesus, our faith becomes stronger and the journey becomes so much richer.

📣 SHOUT OUT TIME! 📣

What an incredible privilege it was to head to the Edinburgh Fringe this year and watch our very own Sam Rowe put his amazing talents to work! 🎭

Sam was part of a two-person show drawing on his experiences of working in prisons across the country, telling stories that remind us that behind every person is a past, a story and a life that matters.

And through it all, we’re reminded of something even bigger: God is always there, even when life doesn’t turn out the way we planned!

We’re so proud of Sam and the work he’s doing with Bethany Christian Trust across Scotland. Please join us in praying for Sam, for his ministry, and for the many lives he comes into contact with through his work.🙌

What a cracking day! If you're free why not come along to Hunterhill Community Centre and spend some time with us? We've got hot and cold drinks, plenty of snacks and traybakes, and even some games and space for the kids to run around! And it's all free!

WELCOME BREW!
Next date: July 14th

We've been having a great time at Welcome Brew - our community drop-in at Hunterhill Community Centre - for the past few months, and we have NO intention of stopping!

However, moving forward we'll be running Welcome Brew on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month between 12:30pm-3:00pm.

Come along and spend some time with us! We've got a space for everyone, plenty of tea, coffee and treats to go around - and we've got some very exciting things in the pipeline!

This week we dove in Jonah 2 (yes, I'm shaking my head at the pun too 🤦‍♂️)
This incredible Pslam-like prayer that brought Jonah to a place of redemption and renewal can do the same for us.
