Diocesan Counselling Service for Catholics Married in the Catholic Church:

Our diocese has arranged the services and pastoral ministry of our own Catholic Marriage Counsellor.

If you are concerned about your relationship and feel you are both unable to reach a conclusion alone, it is likely that you will benefit from marriage counselling.

The counsellor is there to maintain a neutral, non-judgmental position.

This line from the World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly stopped us in our tracks. πŸ™ So much of what we bring to our marriage; our productivity, our competence, our capability; is rooted in a quiet belief that our worth depends on what we
can do. But God’s promise in Isaiah says otherwise.
We are not remembered because we are useful. We are remembered because we are loved. Does that land differently for you today than it might have a year ago? πŸ‘‡
