LiNX Christian Youth Trust

LiNX Christian Youth Trust is a dynamic and innovative Christian faith based youth work organisation.

We enable Torbay young people to reach their full potential through our work in secondary schools and within the local community. We work with young people in schools running lunchtime clubs, leading assemblies, teaching lessons in religious education and health education, supporting Christian unions and creating new opportunities for young people to develop and thrive. We work with young people o

utside of school running after school clubs, organising youth events and supporting church youth work. We work in partnership with churches, schools, the local authority, volunteers and other organisations and the work is financed by donations from churches, trusts and individuals. We thank God for his work in young people’s lives and for our supporters who enable this work to continue.

Great to have Chris Miller from Upton Vale Baptist Church with us for the CU at TGGS today. We had a great time reading the bible, eating biscuits and playing games.

The Wonder Room are our lunch clubs at Paignton Academy (Tuesdays) and Brixham College (Wednesdays) where we provide a safe space to chill, play games and consider some BIG questions. Each week we have 2 questions one less serious than the other to get discussions going. How would you respond to these statements when discussing them with young people?

Exciting News!!
We're really please to welcome Glenda Chadwick-Down as our new Chair of Trustees!

Glenda is the Mission Enabler for Children Youth and Families for the Southwest Baptist Association (SWBA). She has a huge heart for this next generation and a vast catalogue of knowledge when it comes to all things youth ministry.

We're so excited to have her on board and looking forward to working together in this next chapter of LiNX's story serving the schools, churches and young people of Torbay.
