We are really looking forward to the visit of Andy Barclay-Watt this coming Sunday. Andy leads the Maximise network – the family of churches to which Hope Church belongs. Andy will be preaching during the service and then afterwards offering a presentation about Maximise, with a chance for people to ask any questions they may have. We hope you will be able to join us for this – please bring your own lunch!

We look forward to seeing you on Sunday as we worship God together and reflect on what Jesus has to say about 'Being a Better Friend'.

We are also delighted that Izzy Elton will be joining us. Izzy will share updates about the fantastic work of A Little Bit of Hope and we invite everyone to bring their own lunch to share in a time of fellowship after the service, with a chance to meet Izzy and ask any questions that you have. There are also plans for Izzy to spend time with the younger people in their groups.

We are so looking forward to our International Service this coming Pentecost Sunday as we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit, the birth of the church, the cultural diversity of our own church family and hear again the call of Jesus to take the good news of the gospel to the nations! Join us this Sunday evening in the Green Room for Engage, our monthly prayer gathering. Refreshments will be available from 6:45 PM, with prayer beginning at 7:00 PM.
This month's Engage will be focused entirely on prayer for some of the outreach ministries and activities currently taking place through our church community.
We will be praying for Who Let the Dads Out, the Alpha Course, and the Schools Christian Worker Project.

It's also about time we did another 'Sticker Sunday' too so, if you're happy to, please do grab a sticker from the foyer on your way in and scribble your name on it – with so many new faces around it's a great way to get to know one another.
