We want to take a moment to invite you to our Good Friday & Easter services at Omagh Community Church in Old Market Place, Omagh. We are situated just above Bob and Bert’s coffee and would love to have you join us for one or both of these meaningful times of worship, remembering Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross for our salvation. Our Good Friday service kicks off at 6pm on 3 April and will conclude with a dinner. Our Easter worship service will start at 11.30am on Sunday 5 April. We hope to see you there!

Happy Friday everyone! I wanted to follow up with you about our upcoming Sunday Services.

This Sunday, 22 March we will be hosting our Sunday Service in *The Omagh Academy* at 21 Dublin Rd, Omagh BT78 1HF. Service will start as usual, at 11.30am, it will take place in the main hall at Omagh Academy, and we *will* have kids church in one of the classrooms.

Our 9.30am service will not be on in either the Omagh Academy or the Church Offices as we will need some of the technology to set up for our 11.30 service.

We may have a few of our connect groups throughout the coming week to continue in the Church Offices until the old shutter doors have been taken down, though we will keep you up to date on that as any changes may occur.

After this Sunday we will be back together in our building in Old Market Place. We cannot wait to worship with you this Sunday as a family in Omagh Academy and even more so the following week back in our own building.

Blessings,
Omagh Community Church

Hey church family, I have important news to share regarding tomorrow mornings services.

Earlier in the week we found that our shutter door has been stuck and unable to open, blocking us off access to our church building. We got in contact with a specialist who was unable to find the needed parts to do the work in time for us to access the building by tomorrow morning. We have continued on in efforts to find another specialist to help us get into the building.

As it stands, we are not able to get into the church building and *will be unable to host our 11.30am service.* We are instead going to call tomorrow, 15 March, Sabbath Sunday. Sabbath is the day of rest each week that God gives as a blueprint for all creation. We are inviting you to take this Sunday to rest as a family.

That being said, our 9.30am Communion Service, hosted by Alan and Susan, will go ahead in the Church Offices. You can access the church offices via the blue door to the left of Bob and Bert’s on the High Street.

For those of you unable to attend our 9.30am service, we want to announce that we have launched a podcast for our church and have uploaded past messages you may have missed, that you can now listen back to.
You can find our podcast on our website, www.omaghcommunitychurch.com/podcast

You can also find our podcast on Spotify,
https://open.spotify.com/show/7FaJJUhCqiNkzpUQySlv2z?si=2e1fa24a024f4aee

We are doing everything we can to be back in the building before next Sunday. If for any reason we are unable to do so, we will be finding an alternative venue and will announce it here.

I hope you all have a lovely Saturday, a pleasant Mothers day, and will see you either at the 9.30 service or in one weeks time.

Blessings,
Omagh Community Church

Are you familiar with the story of Abraham and Sarah? The couple God promised to build a nation from? What about Hagar? The overlooked servant of Sarah. Desperate, alone and pregnant Hagar fled into the wilderness and encounters the God who was chasing after her. After this holy moment she gives God a new name, El Roi “the God who sees me.” Did you know that there is a God who sees you and wants to have a relationship with you?
