It is with profound sorrow and heartfelt grief that we announce the passing of Raja Mushtaq.

On behalf of Madrassah Taleem ul Quran and Qurtuba Jamia Masjid, along with its Imam and teachers, we extend our deepest condolences to the bereaved family. Raja Mushtaq was a man of remarkable dedication and unwavering devotion, whose life was marked by his sincere commitment to his faith, his community, and his family. His presence, humility, and service will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Beloved brother of Raja Altaf, cherished father of the late Raja Zergham and Shayan Raja, and respected father-in-law of Ch Sultan Mahmood, he leaves behind a legacy of integrity, kindness, and steadfast ایمان.

We pray that Allah (SWT) accepts his good deeds, forgives his shortcomings, and grants him the highest مقام in Jannah. May Allah grant patience and strength to his family during this difficult time.

Eid Mubarak

تقبّل الله منا ومنكم صالح الأعمال

After a month of blessings, mercy, forgiveness and pleading to Allah for salvation from the fire of Jahannam. We celebrate Eid Ul Fitr. May Allah accept our good deeds, forgive us for our shortcomings and bless us with another Ramadan so we can take benefit, work harder and try our best to please Allah سبحانه وتعالى even more. Ãmeen

Alhamdulillah, we are fortunate to have one more day of Ramadan. One more day of fasting and Ibadah. Let’s use this day to our advantage. We pray that Allah accepts our fasting, standing in Taraweeh and all other acts of worship we have done.

Eid Salah will take place on Friday the 20th of March inshaAllah. Timings are below.

الحمدلله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات

We pray gratitude to Allah for bestowing His favours upon us. With the immense grace of Allah we were able to complete the recitation of the Quran in Taraweeh on the 27th night of Ramadan

After the completion of the recitation of the Quran, we were fortunate to have amongst us our guest of honour Hadhrat Shaykh ul Quran wal Hadith, Moulana Abdul Malik Sahib. Who delivered the final summary of the recitation. Alongside Shaykh Ul Hadith Sahib, our head Imam, Hadhrat Moulana Shafiq ur Rahman Sahib also delivered a reminder as well as our deputy Imam Qari Ateeq Ur Rahman Sahib.

Dua was made at the end for everyone that was present, for the wider community, for those who are no longer amongst us and for the Ummah.

Mubarak to everyone on the completion of the Quran, we pray Allah makes the Quran a means for our intercession and means of salvation for us in the hereafter, and a means for our entrance into the blissful gardens of Jannah, Ãmeen.

Assalamualaikum,

Please join us tonight for the completion of the Quran in Taraweeh. There will be a short programme after Taraweeh and dua will take place.

The dua made at the completion of the recitation of the Quran is said to be accepted. In addition the possibility of it being Layla tul Qadr، we all know how powerful and blessed this night is, better than 1000 months, approx 83 years. It’s a blessed hour and an opportunity not to be missed.
