Sad to report that Tim Hurley passed away yesterday following a brief stay in hospital. Tim was baptised in the old church and made his First Confession and Holy Communion here. Soon after he became an Altar Server and since then assisted in many areas of parish life. Tim was a founder director of the Credit Union also. We offer our prayers support and condolences to Ann his sister, and the rest of the family.

Today we wish to offer our Prayers, Thoughts and Condolences to Pat, Brendon, Kieran and all of Anne's family for their sad loss. Anne Clarke has been an active member of our parish all her life being involved with church and school activities often taking leading roles. For the last few years she has meticulously cleaned the sanctuary and sacred vessels always ensuring they were kept in pristine condition. Anne's Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday 11th April at 1.00pm.

The 8.30 Mass tomorrow morning (Thursday) will be a Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of Pope Emeritus, Benedict. All are most welcome.

Many of you will be aware of the passing of Michael Weldon, Michael was a familiar face at church welcoming and taking up the collections. He was a constant support to his wife Ann in her work both in the school and parish life. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family at this sad time. Funeral arrangements will be posted when they are finalised.
