We start another 7 day fast today. At the beginning of the year Stuart shared that God had spoken to him about how the church prayer life and fasting life would increase this year...🙏🏼🚫 🍽️
So if you are able, please seek God and inquire how you can join and be a part of the church fasting...🙏🏼🚫 🍽️
Remember fasting (abstaining from food) is a biblical principle and God does expect us to fast, however the way or length of fasting will vary for people. So do prayerfully consider your part... We are One body many parts...💕

We are aware of many people struggling with their health, be it physical or mental. So today please pray for breakthroughs in health 🙏🏼
