Good morning,

I am writing to let you know of the death of Val Inchley. You may have already heard of this via INF but I have been going through some of Val's records, and am sending this email to addresses I have found which may not have been covered by INF. I thought it is better to hear twice than not at all.

Val had been staying with me in Matlock and we had several good outings together. As usual she had been rushing ahead, with me trying to keep up with her! She was packed up to leave on the Sunday afternoon but as we were preparing to go to church, she suddenly felt unwell and we went to A&E. They were anxious about her heart so she was admitted to the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield. I visited her the next day; she was content and cheerful - 'they don't think it was a heart attack so are now doing more tests' - and 36 hours later the nurse on duty found her unwell, resuscitation failed, and she died on 21st August of a heart attack.

There has been much to do, different folk have been away but we have arranged Val's Thanksgiving service for Friday, 27th September at 11.00am. This will be at her home church - Sutton Coldfield Baptist Church, Trinity Hill, B72 1TA. The church is in the town centre and very sadly its carpark is closed for wall repairs, and so the few spaces available need reserving for the disabled. There are a number of town centre carparks a short walk away and I was advised to recommend the open air ones in Station Street, B73 6AT. You are all warmly invited to this service and to stay for refreshments that will be provided in the church after the service, where we can meet each other and share memories of Val.

The service will be livestreamed for those unable to travel. This will be organised by the church (who have done this many times) and the link will not be sent out until 23rd September. Please let me know if you wish to receive the link (and haven't already requested this from INF).

It would be helpful for the church to know roughly how many people to cater for in terms of seating and food, and if you email me I will pass on this information.

13 اس نے لڑ کے کو پکڑ لیا ، اسے چو ما اور بے شر می سے اسکی آنکھوں میں دیکھ کر کہا ، 14 “ آج مجھے اپنی ہمدردی کا نذرانہ دینا تھا اور میں نے منت پوری کر لی اور جو میں نے وعدہ کیا وہ پورا کر لیا۔ 15 اس لئے میں تجھ سے ملنے باہر آئی میں نے تم کو تلاش کیا اور اب میں نے تم کو پا لیا۔

21 اس نے اپنی چاپلو سی کی باتوں سے اس کو گمراہی کی طرف لے گئی ہے۔ اپنی میٹھی میٹھی باتوں سے اسکو پھسلا ئی ہے۔ 22 وہ لڑ کا فوراً ہی اسکے پیچھے ایسے ہو لیا جیسے ایک بیل کو ذبح کر نے کے لئے لے جایا جاتا ہو ، ایک ہرن پھندے میں قدم رکھتا ہو۔ 23 ایک شکاری کی طرح جو اس کے دل میں تیر پیوست کرے اس لڑ کے کی حا لت ایک پرندہ کی طرح تھی جو اڑ کر جال میں آگیا وہ نہیں جانتا تھا کہ وہ کس خطرہ میں آپڑا ہے۔

24 اس لئے اب اے بیٹو! سنو! میری باتوں پر غور کرو۔ 25 اپنے دل کو اسکی راہ میں مت گر نے دو اور انکی راہ پر مت بھٹکو۔ 26 اس نے بہتوں کو گرا یا ہے۔ اس نے بہت سارے لوگوں کو مارا ہے۔ 27 اس کا گھر قبر کی طرف جانے والی ایک شاہراہ ہے۔ اسکی راہ سیدھے موت کی طرف لےجاتی ہے۔

10 جب یسوع اوپر آسمان میں جا رہے تھے تو وہ آسمان کو دیکھتے رہے اچا نک دو آدمی جو سفید کپڑے پہنے ہو ئے تھے اس کے پہلو میں آئے۔ 11 دو آدمیوں نے رسولوں سے پوچھا، “اے گلیل کے مر دو!تم کھڑے رہ کر آسمان کی طرف کیا دیکھتے ہو ؟” تم نے دیکھا نہیں یسوع کوآسمان کی طرف اٹھا لیا گیا یہی یسوع ہیں اور اسی طرح پھر دوبارہ واپس آئیں گے۔ اور تم ا نکو اسی طرح دیکھو گے جس طرح جا تے ہو ئے دیکھا ہے۔
