Prayer is so important, it’s our way to involve God into every aspect of our lives. Even Jesus slipped away to pray! Prayer needs to be the start, middle and end of our day. You don’t need to be “good” at prayer, God hears you in what ever way you pray.
What ever you do today, take a moment and thank God for all he’s blessed you with, ask him for his will in your life, ask for what you need and ask for our hearts to be right with him.
Prayer is beautiful, accessible and amazing.

In times of uncertainty, fear and panic it is our job a men of god to spread love, hope and stability.

We are sons of the most high god, he is stronger than any virus or disease.
There is so much bad news everyday that we should be spreading the best news the only news that people need to hear.
There is eternal life waiting for everyone, they just need to accept it.

Eternal life does not start when we die and go to heaven, it started the moment we accepted Jesus into our hearts and we need to spread that news quicker than the virus.

Our god is eternal, our god is more than a conqueror, he is king and reigns in high.
So stay safe, stay positive and spread the gospel men.

Men don't always find it easy to talk about there feelings, worries and anxieties.
But as men of Christ we are here for each other to pray for, listen to and support each other.
Don't suffer in silence or "be a man about it" talk to each other, pray with each other, we are more than conquerors, sons of a King.
