Hi all. The church has been undergoing its Christmas transformation this week (thanks to all involved) and it has been lovely to welcome the school children as they prepare for their nativity next week. They have been doing a great job. Here is a reminder of upcoming services to which you are all welcome and invited. -Ben

Thank you to those who joined us yesterday for our Remembrance Service.

Next Sunday (Nov 16th) is our Lights of Love service, taking place in St James the Less.

This service is an opportunity to remember and give thanks for the lives of those we love but have lost.

We’ll sing hymns, pray and hear words of encouragement. There will also be an opportunity to light a candle in their memory.

Following the service there will be plenty of time to be still and refreshments will be served in the church hall.

There is no need to book ahead, please just arrive on the day. If you would like to find out more or have a loved one’s name read during the service, please contact our Vicar, Ben

**Remembrance Sunday Service - November 9th at 10:45am**

This Remembrance Sunday you are invited to join us at St James the Less for a service that begins at 10:45am. Do feel free to join us in remembering those who gave their lives for the sake of others.

This Sunday (5th October) is a 10:30am service with Maresfield Church.

All are welcome to join us for the service, during which we will be saying thank you to Revd Pauline, who is finishing as Associate Vicar after 11 years.

After the service, tea/coffee and cake will be served and some will be bringing lunch and eating together in the church. Feel free to bring along something to eat and join us.

Morning all. Just a reminder that it's our Harvest Service this morning at 9:15am. Do join us as we think about our food and the world in which we live and give thanks to God.

We'll also be considering what we can do to care for the environment as individuals and a community.

In addition, we'll be collecting food to donate to the Uckfield Food Bank, adding to the brilliant gifts that Nutley CE Primary School and Nutley PreSchool brought with them on Friday for their Harvest Festival in church (see attached pic).

Hi all

This Sunday (21st) we have our morning service at 9:15am. All are welcome. We'll be thinking how Christians should think of and treat those in positions of authority. Activities for children are provided.

Next Sunday, the 28th September, will be our Harvest Festival at 9:15am. We'll be giving thanks for the world and the things we have to eat. We'll also be thinking about how we can care for the world. The service will be a Cafe Church, which means you will have the opportunity to grab a hot drink and a pastry on arrival. It also provides an opportunity to get to know others and discuss the topic-at-hand.
