Nutley Church - St James the Less

**Come and join us, as we give Nutley Church some TLC.**
Saturday 3rd October, between 9am - 1pm.

St James the Less has been part of village life for over 180 years as a place of worship, community and acknowledging life’s significant moments.

⛪The church and the churchyard require lots of care and attention and are used by lots of people throughout the year. We're really grateful to those who regularly give their time and energy to care for it.

As part of our Giving Weekend, we wanted to invite others to join us as we give the building and churchyard some care and attention.

📆 Could you join us on Saturday 3rd October, between 9am - 1pm?

💪🌳There will be a range of things to get involved in, from cleaning, tidying, perhaps applying a fresh coat of paint. To helping fill in the dips in the churchyard, tackling the weeds and cutting things back.

☕🍪Lots of tea/coffee/squash and biscuits will be available and we're planning to pause for some pastries or a bacon sandwich.

All are welcome and you definitely don't need to stay the whole four hours! Join us as you can. We'd love to see you.

*Dads & Tots*

Next Date: Saturday 13th June in Maresfield Church

Are you a dad, grandad or carer with children aged 0-4? Then you are invited to join us at Dads and Tots.

Dads and Tots is an opportunity to spend time with your children and there are always plenty of toys and snacks available. It’s also a place to meet other dads, chat about fatherhood over lots of coffee/tea and a bacon or sausage sandwich.

We meet once a month in either Nutley Church Hall or Maresfield Church.

All are welcome at either location and we occasionally arrange trips for a curry or to the pub (minus the children ofc).

Hi all

We hope you’re having a great half-term (if that applies) and that you have been enjoying the sunshine!

Maresfield and Nutley Churches are getting together tomorrow (Sunday) for a service in Maresfield Church at 10:30am. This means there won’t be a service in Nutley.

How do we make sense of the world, our culture and our experience of being human?

We’re starting a new series thinking how the character of God and the story of the Bible answer questions just like this.

There will be songs and crafts/activities for the children and you are all welcome to join us.
