In Lectio 365 today there is a moving testimony of an Iranian Christian who prayed for those who persecuted him. We pray today for all our brothers and sisters who are persecuted for their faith in Jesus. Lord would you strengthen and uphold them, grant them peace be their Way Maker we pray. Amen

informal all age cafe style service at Aslockton service at 11.00 food from 10.30 (free of course). New comers are always welcome!

A closing prayer for Thy Kingdom Come 2026

Almighty and Gracious Father,
We come to you as the period of Thy Kingdom Come ends, with gratitude that no words can fully express.
Your servants worldwide have all joined together as one, in bringing to you all those who as yet, do not know your love in Christ.
We are humbled by all you have done in people’s lives and will continue to do.
Keep us as a praying, seeking people in your church across the globe,
In the glorious name of Jesus we pray,
Amen.

Day 10 - The Spirit Through Generations ✨

Today, let us pray that the Holy Spirit would pour out faith across every generation and draw our Five into God’s family.

We ask that You send the Holy Spirit as a holy offering to the holy church.
As we assemble, give to all the saints the fullness of the Holy Spirit for the confirmation of true faith so that we may praise and glorify You through Your Son, Jesus Christ, through whom glory and honour to the Father and the Son with the Holy Spirit in Your holy church are Yours now and forever!
