🎉It’s only 3 days until Family Carols🎉 and we can’t wait to see you there! We’d love to encourage you guys to come dressed as a character from the nativity story.

The costumes don’t need to be elaborate and can simply be something that you find around your house. In this image we have some suggestions of who you could dress up as and how to do so. If you are struggling for ideas or run out of time to get a costume together, please don’t worry as we will have some spare costumes so that everyone can join in if they want to!

Please let us know if you have any questions at [email protected]

Otherwise see you on Sunday!

🎄We are so excited because it's almost time for FAMILY CAROLS! 🎄

This Sunday 19th, the whole family are invited to join us- these services promise to be silly, interactive and loads of fun! Join us for carol singing, some kid-friendly Christmas songs, a pop-up nativity, festive treats and more. We'll have services at 10am & 4pm (no evening service this week) and it's not too late to book your ticket- just head to our website at https://gracechurchnottingham.org/christmas/

Our pop-up nativity will involve lots of audience participation, so kids are invited to come dressed as something from the nativity story, such as:

Shepherds 🐑
Angels 😇
Stars 🌟
Stable animals- donkey, sheep, camel, etc 🐴🐪🐖🐄
Mary 👧
Joseph 👦
Kings/Wise Men 👑

The costumes don't need to be elaborate, feel free to use things you already have around the house. Shepherds can wear dressing gowns, angels can wear a white t-shirt with some tinsel in their hair and if you have an animal onesie lying around now's the time to dig it out! If you're stuck for ideas or run out of time, please don't worry- we'll have spare costumes so everyone can join in if they'd like to! Grown ups, please feel free to join in too or wear your best festive jumper!

If you have any questions, pop us an email at [email protected]. Otherwise, see you on Sunday!
