Pancakes and Praise is back after its summer break - join us for informal, relaxed, family-friendly worship on Sunday 13th September at 10am. We meet for pancakes and refreshments and move on to worship, a Bible story and praise songs. Everybody is welcome - why not come along and see if it's for you?

Just a reminder that if you are looking for a cool space in the heatwave, or you know a vulnerable person who might need to sit in a cool place for a while - here at St Peter's East Bridgford we are offering our cool church to the villages - come and sit for an hour or two. We have wheelchair access into the main church, a toilet (sorry, no wheelchair access) and water to keep you hydrated - help yourself in the kitchen. All we ask is that you close the door behind you to keep the cool inside.

Just to let everyone know, we are again trying to recruit a new Rector for the Fosse Group Benefice - this includes the churches of St Augustine's Flintham, St Helen's Kneeton, St Mary's Car Colston, St Peter's East Bridgford and St Wilfrid's Screveton. The closing date for applications is Wednesday, 9th September 2026.

We are delighted to be holding a concert at St Peter's Church by Loughborough Male Voice Choir, raising funds in support of the church on Saturday 11 July.
We hope this will be a warm and enjoyable evening of music, bringing the community together while supporting a wonderful cause. The choir promises a varied and uplifting programme, and it will be a great opportunity to welcome both regular members of our congregation and visitors.
