It's a great way to be a part of our anniversary celebrations even if you can't be there in person.

Throughout June, Bodhivajra and Vajragupta will respond to the theme of the Golden Net by exploring connections with the Five Buddhas, focusing on a different figure each week.

The Five Buddhas symbolise different aspects of enlightenment, offering rich opportunities for reflection and practice. Come along to discover how we can connect with these figures and bring their qualities into our everyday lives.

Our Meditation Nights are open to all levels of experience, with guided meditation for beginners and a more lightly led session for more experienced practitioners. There's no need to book, but please arrive at 6.45pm for a 7pm start.

Meditation starts with a simple idea: our minds shape how we experience life. They create our worries, our happiness, and everything in between. When life feels stressful or uncertain, it helps to have ways of staying steady, kind, and hopeful.

Meditation is a practical way to train the mind. It’s not about stopping your thoughts or having a perfectly quiet mind. Instead, it’s about learning how to notice your thoughts and work with them in a healthier way. Over time, you can discover that calmer, clearer, and more positive states of mind are possible.

On this 6 week course, you’ll learn simple, practical ways to steady a busy mind. Step by step, we’ll explore meditation using Buddhist insights about how the mind works, helping you build habits that support greater calm, clarity, and well-being.

Open to everyone including newcomers, people who have been meditating at home, and people who want a refresher course on the foundations. By the end of the course you will have all the tools for a lifelong meditation practice.

Have you tried meditating using an app or YouTube l, only to find it hard to keep going on your own? You're definitely not alone!

Meditation can feel very different when you practice with other people. Our 6 week course is a chance to slow down, learn together and be supported every step of the way by experienced teachers and a friendly community.

One of the things people love the most is being able to ask questions, share experiences and realise everyone faces similar challenges when starting out. Meditating as a group helps you stay motivated, feel more connected and makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

Whether you're completely new to meditation just looking for a more supportive way to practice, this course is for you.
