Mental Health Awareness Week reminds us that none of us are meant to carry life’s burdens alone
In our churches, communities and homes, many people quietly struggle with anxiety, grief, loneliness, exhaustion, or uncertainty. As Christians, we are called to be people of compassion - listening without judging, supporting one another and reminding us that every person is deeply loved by God
Jesus said
“Come unto me all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens and I will give you rest“ Matthew 11.28
Take time to check in with one another, speak kindly to ourselves and pray for all who are finding life difficult.
