Our Community Art Project, Walking Stories, is coming to North Berwick!

Join us on 21 September to share your walking stories and experiences, the paths that have mattered to you.

We’ll bring these stories together through a fun, creative workshop, exploring how our experiences might become something that can offer connection, comfort and inspiration to those experiencing loss or change.

No art experience is necessary

What is prayer? How do we pray - and can we talk to God about absolutely anything?

Come along and explore prayer together through stories, crafts, activities and lots of Messy Church fun!

This year, we’ll be using The Jesus Storybook Bible by Sally Lloyd-Jones - where every story whispers the name of Jesus.

Thank you to everyone who has popped into church with their empty shoeboxes so far. There's a lovely little pile beginning to grow. But we need MORE! If you have one tucked away please do pop it into the church - St Andrew Street entrance - you will see the pile - or speak to Julie in the office - she's always happy to help!

🎁 It’s Shoebox Time!

We’ll be taking part in the Blythswood Christmas Shoebox Appeal again this autumn — and first, we need your empty shoeboxes!

Over the next two weeks, please have a look at home and ask family or friends if they have any spare shoeboxes they no longer need.

You can bring them to church and either:

• Hand them in to the Church Office
• Leave them in the entrance lobby on the St Andrew Street side, beside the leaflet table

The boxes will then be wrapped and prepared, ready for people to pick up and fill with gifts.

And don’t forget — asking around for spare shoeboxes can be a great conversation starter too!

More information about filling and returning the boxes will follow in the coming weeks.

From prayer meetings and Little Angels to The Beacon Lunch, The Beacon Service and Parent Space, there are plenty of opportunities to come along, meet others and get involved.

And this is just a snapshot — there’s so much more going on throughout the month.
