The Funeral Mass for Fr Allan is midday on Tuesday 30 June at St Mary’s Cathedral, Edinburgh, thereafter 2:00pm Committal Service at Warriston Crematorium. Remains to be received in to the Cathedral at 6:00pm on Monday 29 June. We continue our prayers for the repose of the soul of Fr Allan and for his family.

Archbishop Cushley invites married and engaged couples in the Archdiocese for Holy Mass in St Mary's Cathedral this Friday (19 June) at 7:00pm. Come and celebrate the gift of marriage, renew your commitment and receive a special blessing upon your love.

After Mass there will be refreshments and a glass of fizz in Coffee Saints.

The Filipino Community has organised a Memorial Mass for Fr Allan at Our Lady of Consolation, 46 Eskdale Drive, Bonnyrigg, EH19 2JT, at 6:30pm this Thursday (4 June) to which our parishioners are especially invited.

The Mass will be celebrated by Fr Michael Akintolu of St. Matthew's Parish Rosewell, Bonnyrigg and Gorebridge, and refreshments will be served in the church hall afterwards.

Funeral details will be confirmed soon. May he rest in peace.

It is with great sadness that we share the news that Fr Allan Ocdenaria passed away peacefully this morning, Tuesday 26 May 2026.

Please keep Fr Allan, his family and friends in your prayers at this difficult time.

We invite all parishioners to a special Mass on Wednesday (27 May) at 7:00pm in Our Lady Star of the Sea, North Berwick, so that we can pray together for the repose of his soul. The Mass will be celebrated by Monsignor Allan Chambers. Funeral arrangements will be confirmed and shared in due course.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
