HERE’S HOPE FOR RATHCOOLE

Everybody is hoping in something. A better week. Better health. Less stress. A fresh start.

But what happens when the things we’re hoping in let us down?

From 20–28 June, we’re inviting Rathcoole to come and hear about a hope that lasts. A week of food, music, friendship, honest conversation, and the good news of Jesus Christ.

No pressure.
No hype.
No pretending.

Just real people, real stories, and real hope.

If you’ve been thinking about coming, why not give one night a try? You’d be very welcome.

20–28 June
Belfast City Mission Rathcoole

Hope for people like us.
Hope for real life.
Hope in Jesus.

If you've been thinking about coming along but haven't made it yet, tonight would be a great night.

You'll get a warm welcome, some good singing, a cup of tea afterwards, and most importantly, you'll hear about the hope Jesus offers people like us.

No pressure.
No fuss.
Just real people, real hope, and a real Saviour.

Tonight, 7pm at The Mission.

Why not come along and bring somebody with you?

Here are a couple of verses to set you up for Monday.

Nothing fake.
Nothing fluffy.
Just solid truth for real life.

“Therefore, brothers and sisters, in view of the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your true worship.”
Romans 12:1

“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Mark 10:45

Rathcoole needs more than religion.
More than talk.
More than surviving.

We need Jesus.

The One who served us at the cross.
The One who gave His life to rescue sinners like us.
The One still changing lives today.

So whatever Monday looks like…
walk into it remembering His mercy.

You see the words “Jesus Is King” around Rathcoole.

And they’re true.

Jesus Christ is King.

But the good news is this:
the King came for sinners like us.

Jesus went to the cross carrying our sin, guilt, and shame.
Then He rose again so broken people could be forgiven and brought back to God.

That’s why “Jesus Is King” is more than a slogan.

It’s hope for people like us.

No matter your past.
No matter your mess.
No matter how far from God you feel.

Jesus the King still saves.

And maybe instead of only seeing those words around the estate,
it’s time to come to the King Himself.
