What a triumph! Praise in the Park was a huge success, in no small part because our brothers and sisters at PPT Bovey Tracey provided and planned such a wonderful space in Mill Marsh Park. Rev'd Graham and his team really showed us what a gracious welcome is. We each brought what was best about us, we each brought our joy in serving Christ, we each brought the Love of God... and it showed! The Church is alive and well in Bovey Tracey. Now, let's get out there and bring even more people into our amazing families!

An astonishing evening at St John the Evangelist, Bovey Tracey for our very first 'Live Nativity' - a crib service with a difference! Over 260 people with 80 or so children. It wasn't just standing room only, the was a line outside the door! Over 100 stayed for mince pies and hot chocolate afterwards. A baptism booked in and a conversation about a wedding put in the diary for the new year was the icing on the cake. I don't know about 'quiet revival', it seems pretty full on here in Bovey Tracey! Huge thanks to Jude Patrick and Rebecca Burton for all their stupendous hard work (and roping in of various family members). And of course, to the good people of St. John's who cleaned, shifted, welcomed, and loved everyone who came through the door.
