It’s Pentecost Sunday, when we remember God sending His Holy Spirit to the church! You can read all about it in Acts chapter 2, and all are welcome to come and celebrate with us as we worship together at 10.30am today.

It was great to host a small part of this amazing effort by Scripture Union England and Wales. If you look closely you’ll see our church hall, but we’re not 100% sure what “sport” they’re playing there 🤔

It was fantastic to have Al Johnson from The Message Trust with us at Lunch Bunch today ⚽️

He’ll be back on Thursday with more football skills and games, along with our usual crafts, activities and great food 🏓🎳🖌️🎨🍽️
Come with your families from 11.15am-1pm.

(But can he do it on a wet Tuesday night in Stoke?)

On Sunday we’re starting a new preaching series on the book of Job.

We’ll be thinking about how to respond to suffering, caring for each other in difficult times, where wisdom can be found, and ultimately how we can be sure of God’s love.
