Welcome back!

We’re back Thursday 10th Sept!

9.15-10.45

Come join us for some fun with your baby/todder.

Lots of free play, snacks and a brew. Followed by song and story time.

We can’t wait to have you. We’re back to using the back entrance and using the hall.

If it’s your first time it’s free for your first week then £2 per child and 50p for any additional kids.

So great to celebrate together today. Our final Toddlers before summer.

Face paints, party hats, parachute games and loads of party food.

It’s sad to say goodbye to those heading off to nursery and school. We’ll miss you!

We are having a great term, and have loved welcoming lots of new families as well as people we've known for years. We hope you're all enjoying yourselves!

A few things to mention by the way of Health and Safety that we'd love parents and grandparents to be aware of:

1) Of course while building work is going on, this is particularly the case, but please stay with your kiddos and make sure you always know where they are. Kids are your responsibility if you've brought them.

2) There is a nut allergy among us - please don't bring any food that may contain nuts into the building!

3) Please don't dispose of nappies in our building. We ask that you take dirty nappies away with you.

4) Please keep a lid on your hot drink and keep it away from the children.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Very excitingly, we are now starting some renovations in West Denton Community Church building. When we're done, there will be a kitchen that serves the hall directly, as well as newly refurbished toilets, and more. As you can see from this photo, that means toddler group cannot go on in the church hall for some weeks!

BUT, don't worry, toddler group CONTINUES, just down the corridor in our Sunday space. Expect all the normal toys, fun, and garlic bread (ofc).

Please don't enter through the normal door - come through our front door instead, which you will find on Western Avenue! See you tomorrow at 09:15 as normal!

If you're coming to our event today, don't forget:

- If you are driving to us, please avoid parking on Fellway, and please park with consideration for our neighbours. The streets around church are busy, so please consider parking further away.
- The entrance will be from the Western Avenue side of the West Denton Community Church building. If you have been to one our events before, this may be the other side to what you are used to.
- We ask parents/carers to stay with children for the duration of their visit. There are some activities that may not be age-appropriate for your kids, so please stay with them for safety reasons.
- There will be loads of crafts, including Easter gardens, bunny head gear, and sensory activities. There will also be a treasure hunt to follow, and a story to listen to.
- The event runs from 10:00 - 11:15, and refreshments will be available at the beginning of the event on entrance. Don't miss out.

Exciting announcement! After extensive consultation with our stakeholders and with a branding company, we have got a new name. We are so excited to try it on for size. It definitely sums up who we are as a toddler group, and the original idea actually came from one of our patrons, Talia (aged 3).
