Our next Sunday gathering will be at 11am on Sunday 13th September, it will be led by Kainara Motta on ‘Yoga and Purity’, and we’ll be having a collection for the Red Cross appeal for Nepal. From Kainara:
“I warmly invite you to join me this Sunday for a meditation exploring Śauca (purity), one of the five Niyamas within the eight limbs of Yoga in the Sutras of Patanjali. Beyond physical cleanliness, Śauca invites us to cultivate clarity and purity in our thoughts, intentions, emotions, words, and actions. Together, we’ll pause, turn inward, and explore how inner clarity can build greater presence, balance, and compassion in our lives.”

All are welcome in person at Newcastle, join us in person at the Large Spiritual Commons Room, at Northumbria Student Central. This is the large brick building which houses the University’s Library, opposite Newcastle Civic Centre. You can park in the car parks nearby (Blue Badge parking is available), bikes can be locked up just outside the building, and it is near the Haymarket Metro station, also the bus stops outside the Civic Centre.
