Compassion Centre’s away retreat with Gen Norden at Madhyamaka has been peacefully enjoyed by a nice gaggle of us - we are very fortunate to be able to take this time to meditate on a 3 day away retreat.

The next opportunity to retreat with Compassion Centre is on 26th September for one day in our Sunset Retreat on St Mary’s Island, Whitley Bay and our next chance for a week long away retreat is in Northumberland is January 4th-11th 2027 (booking opening soon).

We are still buzzing about it here at Compassion Centre and looking forward to following it up with our new series of drop in Meditation classes: 6 weeks of ‘Letting Go of Anger and Frustration’ Tuesdays 7–8:30pm as well at Tuesdays 10:30–11:45am. The UK Dharma Celebration is nearly here! A beautiful national gathering of Kadampas at Nagarjuna Centre, Thornby Hall, Northampton. Everybody welcome ~ attend in person (accommodation still available) or online.

Our very own Gen Norden is giving the introduction on Friday 4th and the weekend includes the blessing empowerment of Prajnaparamita and teachings with Kadam Bridget Heyes.
