North East Youth for Christ

North East Youth for Christ Christian Charity that seeks to serve young people in the community, in schools, and by putting on events and through local churches.

We're about seeing young people's lives changed by Jesus; by showing Jesus in a way which is relevant to every young person in the North East; in places like schools, churches and local communities; using sport, music, the arts and so much more… Check out our links:

Last night at Leadership Hub.

Leaders from 8 churches across the North East gathered for one reason: We believe that when leaders know who they are in Christ, teens discover who they are too. That’s the WHO I AM journey.

To every youth leader who came — thank you. You’re not alone in this. Full interviews dropping this month.

“No one is thinking about you as much as you are thinking about you. So just relax. Be yourself. It’s worth it.”

The names you answer to shape the life you live.

That’s what we unpacked at WHO I AM.

Teens all over the North East swapped old labels for new names in Christ.

Your turn: Save this post. Next time “not enough” shows up, replace it with “Child of God.”

Leaders: Run this session with your group.

Everyone’s chasing results.
God is shaping character.

“Do not conform… but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” – Romans 12:2

This week isn’t just about grades, gym, followers or wins.
It’s about who you’re becoming when nobody’s watching.

Clout fades.
Character lasts.
Obedience builds strength.

Don’t rush the process.
God is building something deeper in you.

Some of you are carrying last week into this week.

Deadlines. Drama. Disappointment.

But God doesn’t recycle mercy. He makes it new.
“His mercies are new every morning.” – Lamentations 3:22–23

So breathe.

You don’t need to prove yourself at school.
You don’t need to perform for approval.
You don’t need to compete for value.

Start small.
Start surrendered.
Start with Him.

This week, reset your heart before you run your schedule.
