Our church is situated on Charles Street in the middle of Newark-on-Trent a market town in the East Midlands, approximately halfway between Nottingham and Lincoln. he Methodist Church & would like to hear from anyone who reads our page. We meet for worship as a church family at 10.30 am & 6.00 pm on Sundays & have a range of other activities to which you are warmly invited. Our style of worship is very informal, especially in our morning service, & everyone is welcome. So please do enjoy our page – we will post on a regular basis & keep you up to date with all our news.

Our next Saturday stroll will be this coming weekend, Saturday 15th August commencing from Doddington Hall car park at 10.30am. The walk will take us around the estate and will explore a new permissive path. Lots of shade and a gentle 3.5 miles. Lovely farm shop and cafe as well. Everyone welcome. Last warm space this morning until September. We enjoyed strawberries and scones with cream and cracked another jigsaw puzzle- albeit with one piece missing. Lovely to see everyone and we hope that you have a great summer. A special goodbye to our work experience students who move on to exciting things.
