The Heavenians Fellowship “Only life will soon be past, only what’s done for Christ will last!” WEM gives every individual the chance to experience God’s Presence in their lives.

VISION

“Jesus said: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” - Matthew 28:19-20

The vision of WEM is based on the above Great Commission of Jesus:

•Tell people about Jesus (Win),

•Educate people in God’s Word (Train)

•Involve people in the Great Commission of Jesus Christ (Send). We believe in the effectivenes

s of Winning, Training and Sending, because it is the style our Lord and Saviour Jesus used. The Lord Jesus Christ spent the largest portion of his time with those He had won in the Kingdom of God. He trained them in the Word and equipped them for the work of ministry. He indeed chose 12 men with the purpose to carry on educating people and ensure the work He had initiated will not end: raising the dead, healing the sick, inner and external restoration of our lives, etc. Indeed, Jesus trained His disciples through real life in the field learning situations. They associated themselves with Him in His ministry and they saw Him demonstrating with His own life how they could work amongst the people. Eventually He Sent them and helped them patiently learn from their successes and failures. On the day of Pentecost after Jesus had returned to the Father, they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and Power. They were able to carry out the work that the Lord commissioned us all to do. God confirmed and is still confirming his Word through His miraculous actions in our lives.

You Can Never Forfeit the Presence of God

For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Hebrews 13:5
There was a time under the law in the Old Testament where God would be with you only when you were in complete obedience. But when you failed, He would leave you. Today, however, you and I are under a completely different covenant and God will never leave us. Why? Because of what Jesus did on the cross. At the cross, He became our burnt offering. He bore our sins and carried our punishment. God’s judgment against our sins fell upon Jesus, who was forsaken at the cross by His Father so that today, we can have God’s constant, unceasing presence in our lives.

Jesus cried out, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” so that you and I will know exactly what happened on the cross (Matthew 27:46). That is where the divine exchange took place. At the cross, Jesus took our sins and gave up the presence of God, while we took Jesus’ righteousness and received the presence of God that Jesus had. God’s presence is now ours for eternity. What a divine exchange!

Take a look with me at what the Bible says about our inheritance in Christ: “For He Himself has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.’ So we may boldly say: ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?’” (Hebrews 13:5–6). What confidence we can have today! Do you know what “never” here means? It means that when you are up, He is with you. When you are down, He is with you. When you are glad, He is with you. When you are sad, He is with you. When you are doing right, He is with you. Even when you have failed, He is still with you! That is what it means when Jesus said that He would never leave you nor forsake you!

Because Jesus, your prosperity, peace, provision, and wisdom, is always with you, you cannot help but prosper!

Satisfied by Grace Every Day

And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.”
John 6:35

I want to encourage you to make listening to the good news of Jesus a daily priority. Listen, I know just how crazy and busy our days can get. But when the day is over and we have heard nothing about Jesus, we feel empty, stressed out, worried, fearful, and depressed.

My friend, Jesus is the bread of life and the living water. No matter how busy we get, it is prudent not to neglect feeding on His person. I know that in the natural, this can sound simplistic. You may be asking yourself, “How can simply listening about Jesus change things in my life and circumstances?” The truth is, the things of God are really not complicated. Just think about the woman who suffered from hemorrhaging for twelve years. Simply hearing about Jesus and His grace infused her with so much hope, so much faith, and so much courage that she was able to receive the healing she had started to believe for. Don’t underestimate the power of hearing about Jesus just because it sounds simple.

There is a beautiful verse in the psalms that says, “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom” (Ps. 90:12). Do you want to know the secret of numbering your days and not allowing a single day of your life to be put to waste? The key is found in verse 14, where it says, “Oh, satisfy us early with Your mercy.” The word “mercy” here is the Hebrew word hesed, which means God’s grace. God is telling us to be satisfied every day with His grace.

I suggest that before you do anything—read the papers, check your emails, or make that important phone call—start the day with Jesus and be satisfied with His grace. You can read a devotional about God’s grace, feed on the Father’s love, meditate on His grace, listen to a message that is all about Jesus, and open up His love letter—His Word—to you.

But Pastor Prince, my mornings are crazy! How long do I spend doing this? How much must I read, listen, or pray?

Beloved, the key is not to be legalistic about it. If morning doesn’t work for you, then find a time that best suits your schedule. It could be during your lunch break or just before you go to bed. The key principle here is to be satisfied daily with His grace. Feed on Him until your heart is full and satisfied with His grace. It’s really not about the duration or how much, but your level of satisfaction.

Enjoy God’s presence daily. He loves having a relationship with you and wants to fill your heart with His grace, peace, wisdom, and joy.
