Do support Emily Stowell - riding in the "Bike Ride, Walk & Drive" event in a few weeks' time, raising money for the Norfolk Churches Trust, and for Narborough Church

Emily says "Norfolk’s churches are an architectural treasure but the upkeep for things like windows and roofs is mainly down to the local parishes and fundraising by local people.

I want to help churches and chapels to be kept open for everyone to enjoy."

Help Emily Stowell raise money to support Norfolk Churches Trust

Quick reminder - our 11am service is in Narborough church tomorrow (23rd). This is a shorter service of about 40 mins. It's very suitable for those wanting to give church a try to see what it's like.

Then at 3pm on Sunday, South Acre church will be opening its historic areas normally locked, as part of our Heritage Weekend (see pictures). If you've not been to South Acre - one of the best small churches in England - it's well worth a visit.

At 4pm there will be a short healing service at South Acre - with an opportunity to request anointing with Holy Oil, prayer and healing for yourself or a loved one.

We'll be back in Pentney at 11am on Sunday 30th, for the last Sunday of the month - as usual.

Thanks to Anne Mason and everyone who organised and attended the Heritage Event at Castle Acre Church today. Around 100 people ate cake, completed the graveyard quiz circuit and learnt more about how the heritage group has mapped our graveyard.

Plus Mother Angela's new assistant, Fang the Bat, was hanging out there too. Did you meet him?

PS: the answers to the graveyard quiz are attached...
