The Honest Lass, Amy Rooke, Honest Lad, Jack Mcfarlane and their Attendant, Abby Pickles enjoyed a game of pétanque (French boules) against some members of Musselburgh Twinning Association in a sunny Lewisvale Park today.

The Twinning Association members try to play most Monday evenings throughout the summer months and new faces are always welcome.

Join the Musselburgh Twinning Association today( Wednesday 27th July), as part of the Musselburgh Festival celebrations! We will be welcoming the Honest Lass and Lad, together with their Attendant and the President.

The Official Party will play a game of pétanque/French boules against a Twinning Association team around 11:30am at the boules pitch, which is situated beside the tennis courts in Lewisvale Park .

Everyone is welcome to come and spectate, and, if you want to try your hand at this game please come earlier, around 11:00 or stay on after the 'big match'.

On World Hunger Day help 2 Mussy sisters (including MTA member Katrina)& their singing group Vox Stars raise money for the Food Banks via the The Trussell Trust.
