🌟 Volunteer Week 2026 🌟
Assalamu Alaikum,
As we mark Volunteer Week, we would like to take a moment to thank every single volunteer who gives their time, skills and energy to support our mosque and community.
Our volunteers play many different roles. Some organise and run classes, prepare activities and lessons, and support our children and adults in their learning. Others prepare snacks, refreshments and meals for groups and events, while our dedicated chefs work tirelessly to provide food for larger gatherings and special occasions.
Many volunteers also help plan trips, organise events, liaise with external organisations, attend meetings, and work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Others help care for the cleanliness, maintenance and presentation of our mosque, helping to create a welcoming environment for everyone who visits.
We also want to recognise our young volunteers, who are always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Your enthusiasm and commitment are greatly appreciated.
Whether your contribution is seen by many or carried out quietly behind the scenes, every role is important and every effort is valued. Without the dedication of our volunteers, many of the services, activities and events that benefit our community would not be possible.
May Allah (SWT) accept all your efforts, bless you and your families, and reward you abundantly for the time and dedication you give in serving His house and His creation.
