What a brilliant Sunday we had at Motherwell Elim! 🙌

After a great time in the Word, we shared some amazing food and even better fellowship together. It was so good just catching up, having a laugh, and getting into some really great chats about Jesus. There is nothing quite like seeing our church family share life together! 💛

A massive THANK YOU to the amazing team who cooked and fed us all, you are absolute stars and we appreciate you so much! ⭐🍽️

We love energetic worship at Motherwell Elim, but we know it can sometimes be a bit loud! 🎧

​As a church family centered on Jesus, rooted in His Word, and committed to growing together, we want everyone to feel relaxed and included. We now have ear defenders available for both kids and adults during our services.

This Sunday is our 1st-Sunday-of-the-month church family fellowship! Straight after the 11am service, we’ll have plenty of free food and drinks waiting.

There is absolutely no pressure, whether you want to stay for a proper catch-up or just grab a quick bite before heading home, the space is open for you. Come exactly as you are. 💙

Life can be heavy, and let’s be honest, there is a lot of trauma out there right now. 💔

While we know that deep trauma needs to be treated by accredited professional counselors, the church still has a massive role to play in creating a safe, understanding space. That’s why we’re so pleased that a couple of our leaders recently headed over to Destiny College to complete a Trauma-Informed Leadership course! 🎓

We aren't here to be your therapists, but we are here to love you well. This training helps us understand what people are carrying, respond with real compassion, and safely point people toward professional help when they need it.

You are always safe and welcome at Motherwell Elim Church! 🙌💒

The tragic news of the accident at the Big Church Festival this weekend has come as a deep shock to the Christian Community and wider British society. We offer our prayers for the family of the man who has died, and for all who were injured.
