St Robert of Newminster, Morpeth

St Robert of Newminster, Morpeth We are the Catholic Church and Parish for Morpeth and the surrounding villages. The Presbytery, the priests house, is Collingwood House, on Oldgate.

It was formerly the residence of Admiral Lord Cuthbert Collingwood. This house is now a Grade II * listed building with English Heritage

The Church building is listed under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended for its special architectural or historic interest..

FAITH SUMMER SESSION: BOOKINGS OPEN

From the 27th to the 31st of July, the Faith Movement will be holding its 50th annual summer session.

Held at Ampleforth Abbey, the session’s theme will be: ‘Who am I? – Identity, Destiny and what it means to be human?’.

Open to young adults between 16 and 30.

Don’t miss this chance to grow in faith and spend time with Our Lord with other young Catholics from all over the country.

Deadline for bookings is on Tuesday the 14th of July.
