🇫🇰 Great to catch up with Andrew Dalton ahead of my trip to the Falkland Islands with our amazing Armed Forces.

Andy has entrusted me to hand over some gifts to his friends on the islands, and I'll be proudly laying a wreath on behalf of a local man who fought for our country during the Falklands War.

We had a wonderful time of fellowship after the service yesterday, wishing farewell to our volunteer Réka with tasty berbecue food accompanied by blue skies and bright sunshine!

We donated some plants to Rowen at Zion Community Garden. This lovely young lady gives her spare time and works hard to keep the garden looking beautiful

Well done to Morley Community Church for an excellent civic service to mark the end of Carol Edwards time as Mayor of Morley. Carol has been terrific in the role.

Invited by the Mayor of Morley, Cllr Carol Edwards to her retiring Mayor's Civic Service, last official engagement before I hand over to the next Mayor. Lovely service and good to catch up with other members of the Chain Gang, the Mayor of Normanton and Consort
